The preset buttons on the operation table can realize the automatic control of the upper roller lifting and moving forward and backward by a digital setting of the digital display. Each coordinate of the digital display Two different values ​​can be set.

2.1 Each action of the machine tool

a, the upper roller rises

Press the "upper roller up" button, the intermediate relay KA1 is activated, and the three pairs of contacts of the intermediate relay KA1 drive the YV2, YV4, and YV6 solenoid coils to raise both sides of the upper roller at the same time.

b , Upper roller descending

Press the "Upper Roll Down" button, the intermediate relay KA2 is activated, and the three pairs of contacts of the intermediate relay KA2 drive the YV1 and YV3 solenoid coils to lower the two sides of the upper roller at the same time.

c. Fixed side drop

Press the "Fixed-side down" button, the intermediate relay KA3 is activated, and one contact of the intermediate relay KA3 drives YV3 to make the fixed-side one-touch lower.

d , Overturning and falling

Press the "overturn side down" button, the intermediate relay KA4 is activated, a pair of contacts of the intermediate relay KA4 drives YV1 to make the fixed side one-touch lower.

When the "upper roll upper position" and "middle position" indicator lights are on when the upper roll is in the upper center, press the "overturn frame overturn" button, the intermediate relay KA6 works, and the action of KA6 drives the YV2, YV4, and YV5 solenoid valves. When the overturning frame reaches the limit, the overturning action circuit is cut off by the limit switch SQ5.

j. Overturning frame reset

Press the "Reset Overturn" button, the intermediate relay KA5 works, the action of KA5 drives the YV2, YV4, YV6 solenoid valve action, and resets the overturn frame. When reset to the upper limit, it is controlled by the limit switch SQ6 and cut off by 3S delay Reset the circuit to fully reset the tipping frame.

k , Detection of upper roller position

The detection of the upper position of the upper roller is detected by the limit switches SQ1 and SQ4, respectively, and displayed by the indicator light. The detection of the movement and displacement of the upper roller is detected by the displacement sensors on both sides of the upper roller bearing seat. When the upper roller is at the highest position, please press the two coordinates “RESET” red keys on the upper and lower sides of the digital display instrument each time. The display is zero, the machine origin. It is recommended to check this origin first every time the machine is turned on. When the upper roller is lowered, the two coordinates should be displayed positively.

A displacement sensor is installed on the upper roller fixed frame and the chassis side to detect the horizontal movement of the upper roller. When the upper roller is located at the center of the two lower rollers, it is the origin of the horizontal movement side. At this time, the horizontal movement axis of the digital display is zero. . It is recommended to check this origin first every time the machine is turned on. When "Upward roll forward", it should be displayed positively. When "Upward roll forward", there should be negative display.

3. Operation of the machine

Close all circuit breakers in the electrical cabinet, close the electrical cabinet door, and close the circuit breaker on the right side of the electrical cabinet to provide the total power and the "total power" indicator is on. Press the "Control Work" button, and the "Control Power" indicator lights up.

Because the machine frame on the tipping side of the machine tool should be in the reset state under normal conditions, and the "reset of the tipping frame" indicator light is on, the "oil pump motor" is started at this time to prepare for the action of the upper roll and the tipping frame. It can be operated by using the operation panel or push button when rolling. When not in use, please move the switch box toggle switch to the "OFF" position.

After the machine tool is powered on, the digital display will display --HS-- At this time, press and hold any coordinate FESET once, the digital display will display the value when it was last turned off (Note: If you press RESET twice, this coordinate will be cleared. zero.)

OFF preset ON─can realize the setting of any two points of a certain point coordinate. Easier operation during the rolling process. Set the knob to the OFF position when not in use.

After rolling the workpiece, you need to remove the workpiece, move the upper roll to the middle position and raise the upper roll to the highest position, that is, the coordinate origin. At this time, the "upper center on the upper roll" indicator lights up. Reversing to the horizontal position will be automatically stopped by the limit switch. After taking out the workpiece, press the "overturn frame reset" to fully reset the overturn frame. At the same time, the "overset frame reset" indicator light is on. After completing all the work, please lower the upper roller to the position where it just touched the lower roller, and stop the oil pump. . Press the "Control Stop" button, and the main power switch of the circuit breaker on the right side of the cabinet is set to the "OFF" position.

Note: If you need to weld the workpiece on the rolling machine after rolling the workpiece, please be sure to directly contact the electric welding ground wire to the rolled workpiece! Never use the rolling machine body as a transition welding ground wire to avoid damage to the scale and touch screen due to large current impact!
