A tank container is a multi-modal container that can transport bulk liquids, dust, and automobiles. They are designed and manufactured according to the international rules for the transportation of dangerous goods and non-dangerous goods at various levels.
Most tank containers are designed according to the ISO standard (same size, ISO standard lifting position), and the barrel material is stainless steel. If necessary, the container barrel material can also be made of other materials.
Swap tank containers tend to be larger in volume and are not manufactured to ISO standard sizes. The use of exchange-body tank containers to transport low-density liquids is a very economical mode of transportation in some instances.
The ISO tank container volume ranges from 10,000L to 26000L. The wide volume range allows the tank container to be manufactured in consideration of all the loading restrictions and transportation rules during transportation to reach the maximum load of the cargo.
The manufacture of tank containers follows different international standards and corresponds to different design parameters according to the different properties of dangerous goods. Each dangerous product is assigned an UN code. Each type of dangerous goods suitable for container transportation has a T code specified in a table. The T code indicates the type of tank container that carries the chemicals.

The machine is composed by one power frame and one idler frame. The power frame is composed by basement, power rotator, driving device, clamp, motorized travel device.In clamp, there are rotation ring, guide wheels, position location device.
When load on the container, make all the position location devices on both power unit and idler unit at the same level, use the manual pin to lock the position. Do same when unload the job. The rotation couldn't be done unless the pin is out after the position is correct. There is travel wheels, wheel seat, shaft, gearbox and lock for the travel device. The device drive the power unit to the proper site, after loading the container, manual lock is used to catch the rails, to make sure the rotation to be smooth.
