A displacement sensor is installed on the upper roller fixed frame and the chassis side to detect the horizontal movement of the upper roller. When the upper roller is located at the center of the two lower rollers, it is the origin of the horizontal movement side. At this time, the horizontal movement axis of the digital display is zero. . It is recommended to check this origin first every time the machine is turned on. When "Upward roll forward", it should be displayed positively. When "Upward roll forward", there should be negative display.
3. Operation of the machine
Close all circuit breakers in the electrical cabinet, close the electrical cabinet door, and close the circuit breaker on the right side of the electrical cabinet to provide the total power and the "total power" indicator is on. After completing all the work, please lower the upper roller to the position where it just touched the lower roller, and stop the oil pump. .
