The machine is mainly a dual hydraulic cylinder workstation consisting of five stations.
Editing steps
1 Check the power supply, the voltage is stable, there is no phase loss, the leakage protector and the air switch are intact.
2 Wiring, open the joint punching and shearing machine junction box, connect the wires, and close the door.
3 Depress the foot switch after the power is turned on, the machine has no action, swap the power cords, and check whether the emergency stop switch is on.
4 Connect the foot pedal switch.
5 At work, pay attention to turning off the power every time you change the mold during work
6 After the work is completed, turn off the switch, turn off the main power switch, skim off the power cord, and clean up debris.

Using hydraulic transmission, it is the latest product of the domestic combined multifunctional hydraulic combined punching and shearing machine. It can cut, punch, punch and die cut sheet, square steel, round steel, angle steel, channel steel and I-beam.
Maintenance
1 Operate strictly in accordance with operating procedures.
2 Add lubricating oil regularly, fixedly and quantitatively according to the requirements of the lubrication chart before each start-up. The oil should be clean and free of sediment.
3 The shears must always be kept clean and the unpainted parts are protected from rust and grease.
4 The lubricating oil in the motor bearing should be replaced and refilled regularly, and the electrical parts should be checked regularly to see if they are working normally and safely.
5 Frequently check whether the triangle belt, handle, knob and button of the shearing machine are damaged. If it is severely worn, it should be replaced in time and reported for replacement.
6 Regularly inspect and repair switches, fuses, and handles to ensure that they work reliably.
7 Lubricate and scrub the machine tool 10 minutes before work every day.
