This machine is composed of main body, press beam, sliding plate and column, main shaft box, forward box, hydraulic system, electrical box and operation box. It is widely used in processing straight edge, bevel edge and U type groove.

This equipment is mainly composed by following:
(1) left & right side wall (2)body (3) press beam (4) sliding plate and column (5) main shaft box (6) feeding box (7) hydraulic system (8) electrical cabinet and operate box
The body is welded by steel plate, with advanced design and solid structure.
The guides are made of qualified carbon steel, and fine machined, is quenched.
Sliding plate and column are whole casted or welded. Columns are fixed on sliding plate by bolts. The sliding plate can go left, right, forward or backward on guides. And the column can go forward or backward on plate fast. The elevated plate on column can go up or down.
The main shaft box is welded, inside there are transmission parts. The main shaft is driven by AC motor. The box is fixed on elevated plate on column and can elevate with the sliding plate. Start box motor, milling can begin. Trun the worm shaft, the box can be 0-45dgr tilt. The tool plate is fixed on the shaft end, different cutters are used for different milling.
Feeding box has speed gears inside, it is fixed under the big sliding plate. A extension gear is engaged on long rack on guide. Start the AC motor can drive the big sliding plate for milling. Feeding speed is inverter controlled between 100-500mm/min. there is fast return speed for feeding box, max is 4000mm/min.
Hydraulic system is composed by pump station and cylinders.
There are two control cabinets for this machine, one is on the right column of body, controlling general power and hydraulic sys. The other is on large sliding plate, beside column, controlling all mechanical actions for working and milling.
Press beam is welded by steel plates. When trial work, the beam has 10mm deformation after hydraulic cylinder press on, and it recovers when cylinder release. This is normal phenomenon.
