Assembling welding and straightening integral machine is a special machine which can make direct assembling, welding, and straightening for the H-beam flange and web plate. It combines the working procedures of assembling machine, gantry welding machine, and straightening machine into one machine, which makes visible higher production efficiency, lower machine cost, and smaller space. Thus it is a high-efficient machine for H-beam and T-beam production.

There are three groups of mechanical hands for positioning and centering of flange & web, between the input conveyors. When feed strip into the machine, these hands can help support strip and center, avoid tilting.
Two groups of position device for web & flange. One side is by lead screw, the other side is by hydraulic pressing, which can locate the strip with precision. The position devices are synchronized through shaft on reducer.
After flange and web are feed into the machine body, the end alignment will lift automatically to align the end of web and flange.
Use two sets of American LINCOLN DC-1000 welders to weld two seams at the same time. Each side is single arc welding (wire Ф3.2/Ф4mm). High efficiency and perfect welding quality.
The welding torches can be adjusted freely, and be observed during whole welding.
Two sets of flux feeding & recovery system are installed on this machine. The flux is feed onto the seam before torch, and there is suck mouth after torch, which can recovery un-finished flux automatically for recycle working.
The flange will be deformed because of heat from welding. At the output side of machine, we set a straightening device to correct the deformation.
The thickness can be corrected as following table(σb≈400Mpa):

After finish welding, the beam on output end will raise because web is heated at single side, hence, we set two elevated conveyors at output side to support the beam.
It has variable speed, indicated by digit displayer. The whole machine is controlled by PLC.
