The HGZ type self-aligning rotator are widely used in industries as boiler, pressure vessel, chemical petroleum, construction machinery, for inner&outer longitudinal welding and circumferential welding of various seams on tanks. It has merits of advanced technology, reliable quality and simple operation and can improve the quality of jointing effectively.

Structure and characteristic

• HGZ type Self-aligning rotator consists of power roll, idler roll and electric control system,etc.
• The base of the rotator use the plates welded together and stress by annealing. It ensure the strength of the base and after a long time to overcome the stress generated by the welding deformation.
• The power rotator has a set of driving system which mainly consists of AC motor , reducer, coupling and connecting shaft. Through the AC motor and two sets of worm gear reducers working together, which ensures to make the rollers run.
• The electric control system consists of the electric control box and remote control box.
• The electric control box consists of the inverter, contactor, button, etc. The mainly electric components are using the famous brands, such as Siemens, ABB and so on, which are which are reliable performance and easy maintenance. It controls brake of the motor and meet the requirements of the machanism action. And it can control and protect the motor. The frequency conversion system uses the YASKAWA system, which is low-noise, high-performance, multi-function transducer, no torque ripple. And other characteristics of the control signals using analog control, speed shows is using high-precision digital display meter, the overall stability of high anti-jamming capability.
