Light Duty Type Manipulator - LHQ Series
LHQ series Light duty type welding manipulator could be assembled to automatic welding system with the welding turning roll, automatic welding machine and welding control system, etc. It’s widely used in industries as boiler, pressure vessel, chemical petroleum, metallurgical construction and machinery for inner and outer longitudinal welding and circumferential welding of various seams on cylindrical members.
According to actual usage, the manipulator can be divided into fixed, fixed with rotation and moveable with rotation, etc.
The LHQ series welding manipulators consist of column, cross-beam, elevating unit, etc.
The column is rectangle girder and double rectangle orbit style. The elevating system of cross-beam is mounted on the deflector (guide plate). A motor and a worm reducer drive the gear and rack couple to finish the lift/down action.
The travel of cross-beam is driven by the AC motor and worm reducer which drive the gear and rack couple. The welding speed can be adjusted in a certain range. To facilitate the operation, a remote box connected on the control box, the remote box is equipped with operating arm speed potentiometer, arm movements switch, telescopic arm switching. Welding head and wire feeder can be mounted on tip end of the cross-beam.
The deflector structure is the part to connect the column and the cross-beam. There are eight sets of oriented wheel fit on the oriented structure. Every set of oriented wheel consists of three rolls with eccentricity adjust structure. It is easy to adjust the space between oriented structure, column and boom.
The trolley consists of a trolley running mechanism, a column turning mechanism and a locking mechanism.
The walking of the trolley is realized by driving the gear pair of cycloid reducer to drive the walking wheel.
Column rotation is achieved by manual propulsion. The slewing bearing adopts "single volleyball slewing bearing", which has the advantages of reasonable structure, good rigidity, light weight and long life.
The rotary mechanism is equipped with positioning locking mechanism to ensure that there will be no shaking during welding. The positioning and locking mechanism of rotary mechanism adopts manual mode.
Anti-tilting rail hooks are arranged between the trolley and the guide rail to ensure the safety of the trolley.
Multi - station operation can be realized by walking and turning the trolley, so as to realize multi-purpose single machine and improve production efficiency.
The electric control system consists of the electric control box and remote control box
The electric control box consists of the inverter, contactor, buttons, etc. The mainly electric components are using the famous brands, such as Siemens, ABB and so on, which are which are reliable performance and easy maintenance. It controls brake of the motor and meet the requirements of the mechanism action. And it can control and protect the motor. The frequency conversion system uses the YSKAWA system, which is low-noise, high-performance, multi-function transducer, no torque ripple. And other characteristics of the control signals using analog control, speed shows is using high-precision digital display meter, the overall stability of high anti-jamming capability.
There is remote box in the control system. It is easy to control and uses safely.
