KENKE’s HGKF series manual anti-drift rotators are advanced positioners designed for the automatic welding and grinding of internal and external longitudinal and circumferential seams of cylindrical components, such as boiler drums, pressure vessels, and other round structures. Built upon traditional adjustable rotators, the HGKF series prevents workpiece drifting during prolonged operations, ensuring high welding precision and product quality.
Anti-Drift Design:
Developed to address the drifting issue of thick-walled cylindrical components during welding, featuring manual correction by adjusting the height of the driven rollers.
Flexible Adjustment:
Driven roller sets are equipped with adjustable lifting mechanisms, allowing easy realignment of the workpiece during rotation to maintain welding accuracy.
High Structural Strength:
Frames are welded from high-quality steel plates and profiles, stress-relieved after welding to ensure long-term usage without deformation.
Synchronous Dual-Drive System:
Two AC motors, controlled by a single inverter, drive the rollers synchronously for smooth rotation with stepless speed adjustment.

Self-aligning roller bearings are used for superior load capacity and impact resistance.
