• Adjustable Tilt and Rotation: The worktable rotates and tilts to achieve optimal welding angles. Rotation speed is stepless and controlled via an AC servo system, enabling smooth operation and precision.

• Robust Structure: The frame is made from high-strength welded plates and profiles, stress-relieved by annealing to ensure long-term durability without deformation.

• High-Performance Drive System: Rotation is driven by an AC servo brake motor and gear reducer, engaging a slewing bearing for smooth, powerful operation. The slewing bearing features a single-row ball structure with excellent rigidity and long lifespan.

• User-Friendly Worktable: Equipped with eight radial T-slots, four machine tool chucks, and concentric positioning grooves for easy fixture installation and alignment of various workpieces.

• Accurate Tilting Mechanism: The tilt system uses a single motor driving dual gear sectors through a long shaft for synchronized movement. Equipped with self-aligning roller bearings and accurate positioning thanks to AC brake motors.

• Digital Control Panel: Includes wireless remote operation, digital speed display, and servo control. Key components are sourced from brands like Siemens, Delta, and ZH/Zhejiang Hengchi.
